The Bill of Rights, as amended

Not that Republicans have any respect for the rule of law, but I thought I would offer a couple of Constitutional amendments to at least put a gloss of legality over their contempt for American principles:
Twenty-ninth Amendment (The Mukasey Amendment): No Republican shall be held accountable in a court of law or by any other legal process for crimes done in advancement of Republican hegemony.

Twenty-eighth Amendment: The right of Republicans to torture people shall not be infringed by legislative enactment.
