Self-described "compulsive" Republican voter Chad Castagna, who sent death threats containing a white powder to a variety of liberal public figures is being examined by a court-appointed psychiatrist prior to his sentencing. In addition to mailing death threats, obscene photos, and obscene letters to liberals, all good republican virtues, he regularly mailed money orders to millionaire republican fake funbagged fruitcake and former Florida Secretary of State Katherine Harris. No word on which issue requires the psych exam: Compulsive republican voting, making death threats, or sending money to Katherine Harris.
